As the owner and operator of Dyambu Ngala, I am Bertjan Bolink, a passionate field guide and wildlife photographer born and raised in South Africa. From a young age, my love for the African wilderness has been deeply ingrained in my life, thanks to my childhood spent exploring Kruger National Park with my father. I pursued my dream of sharing my passion for wildlife with others by completing my guide training in the renowned Sabi Sands, where my love for wildlife photography also blossomed.

With years of experience in capturing stunning wildlife moments, I have honed my skills in gear, lingo, settings and composition techniques. In 2015, I realised that my true passion lies in sharing my knowledge with other like-minded individuals. And thus, Dyambu Ngala was born – an endeavour to bring exceptional wildlife moments to all those who join me on safari.

Through Dyambu Ngala, my goal is to instil a deep love for the wilds of Africa in my guests and to share my passion for nature and wildlife photography with as many eager travellers as possible.
